What type of changes do you provide coaching for?

We work with clients at all different phases of their lives and for whatever transition they are going through or are seeking.  What’s important is not where you are today, but your openness to the process and your willingness to fully engage with our work to help further your goals.  All aspects of life are coachable.

How long is a typical coaching engagement?

Accepted Answer

The time-frame for One-on-One engagements depends entirely upon what the client is seeking.  If you are looking to address a specific topic we usually recommend 3-6 sessions.  General engagements last 3-6 months allowing the client to engage in whole person coaching and make real and substantive changes.  Longer term engagements are also available for those looking for strategic partnering and longer term support.

How do I start?

The first step is to contact us and set up an introductory call.  During this call we can learn more about what you would like to get out of coaching and you can learn more about us and our approach to coaching. This will allow you to decide if you want to move forward.

Do we meet in person or remotely?

Whatever works best for you! 
If you are in the NY area we can come to your office or can arrange a meeting place. 
We also offer the option of remote coaching over video conferencing.
